2. You must already have our banner up on your site. If you're asking to be a static affiliate, our banner must be static.
3. Your site must be active. If it becomes inactive, it will be removed without warning.
4. DON'T reply to the form. Make your own thread. In the title, please indicate whether you're affiliating of linking back to us.
