...an alien is flying about (not harming anyone, just flying about) whom people think is their country's Symbol come back to them; Torchwood 4 has resurfaced (but remains mysteriously silent) - and to top it all off, the new Doctor has come in to say hello to his old pals (and to mock Jack). But there is a mystery sweeping the continent - some people have fallen in with bad luck, and others with fortune so amazing it can't be anything normal. Perhaps it has something to do with the the return of the Welsh Dragon, and his three Dragon Poems...
Revolving around multiple Torchwood Institutes, The Welsh Dragon is an advanced roleplay community for the fans of RTD's Whoinverse... especially those that don't quite want to admit the existence of Children of Earth ;) The Eleventh Doctor is also running about with his companions, and original characters are always welcome!
