Breed;; Vancouver Wolf
Appearance;; Young and Lanky are the two best words to describe what Sin looks like. Being only two, he has the longest legs that stick out of all different directions, his ears are huge on his head and his snout sticks out about a mile from his eyes -- and his pink tongue goes beyond that. THere is always a childishly playful expression on Sin's face, with his red/amber colored eyes. The white patches just above them give him a sort of "eyebrows". He has a bushy tail that all wolves have and it's usually relaxed and hung low. There is the air of childish defiance around Sin that can sometimes be infuriating. Sin's face is … pokey. He has that typical diamond-shaped face with fluffy cheeks.
Sin's body is like a mottled mess of black, white, gray and russet. Namingly his ears are russet and his head goes from being a light gray to a dark gray/black color. He has a black "saddle" shape on his back that flows into his hind quarters, and his legs are a mixture of white and beige. On Sin's head there is the most curious shape - a black cross. It's not entirely even, but it is there for all to see. When Sin moves, he is utterly silent. When walking, or trotting, or running, Sin takes care to step as little as he can on the plant life - or any other life in general.
Picture;; Sindri
Wear your heart on your sleeve...
Personality;; Sindri is young, but clever and smartly-spoken due to his upbringing. He can hunt as well as his ungainly limbs allow him to. Sindri is a soft-soul, he would help any who asked for it, even if they had done it to themselves or deserved it. To Sindri, no one is deserving of pain. Sindri has a vow to never kill more than he can eat -- and if he does, to share it (though he rarely does). Sin is particular about his kills, cripples or injured ones like the wolf's custom are his choice prey. The wolf believes that everything is sacred to the Gods, and just because the wolf is the God's favorite does not give them the right to do as they will; which is why he takes care to not step on plants or small animals as he moves through his home. He can often be found curled up in the roots of the World's Tree sleeping, or praying.
Sin loves getting the word of the Gods out, passing them on as stories of old. When he meets a traveler he asks, "would you like to hear a tale for a tale?" as Sin is ever curious and wants to expand his knowledge of the old times when the wolves worshiped their Gods. He wasn't nothing more than to see peace between the packs continue on and on.
Traits;; +religious -mildly vain +open -not loyal to packs
Strengths;; Persuasion, Public Speaking
Weaknesses;; Fighting, Destructive behavior, Social Pack norms
Fears;; Condemnation
History;; Sin was not always in the woods where he roams. In fact, he was actually born to the Njal pack in secret and left out in the woods as soon as he was weaned. His mother was a fae from a distant territory and had come to the Njals already pregnant -- fearing what the alphas would do should she give birth in their camp, she had Sindri out in the wild. As soon as he was weaned and eating red meat, his mother left him out in the woods. It wasn't that she didn't care if he lived or died, it was just that she couldn't risk her position. So she left her eight week old cub out in the wild.
But don't fear too much for him, for no more than a day and a half later a large grizzled old male wolf came passing through. He was far larger than Sindri, but the tiny pup could hardly care. He trotted awkwardly up to the older wolf and sat down near his large paws, threw back his head and gave a tiny howl. The old male (named Vidar) took a shine on Sindri and took the pup as his own to raise. Vidar was a follower of the old traditions, and the ways of the gods (as had his father, and his father's father, etc), so he raised Sindri to be just like he had. When Sindri hit a year old, he and Vidar parted ways -- Sindri was a capable hunter despite being young. Even though they parted, neither went more than a strong howl's distance away.
From Vidar, Sindri learned the ways of the Gods, how to live with them, honor them, and respect them. At a year and a half, Sindri made his permanent home the World's Tree because he felt so close to the Gods in this location. Sindri does tend to wander though -- and above all else he enjoys getting the word of the Gods out to those whom have lost their light. He is never cruel with his words, and is polite. Being clever, he has gotten out of situations when his recipients were not so pleased about his talk of Gods. At two years old now, Sindri is still growing and talking to others.
